As a Chartered Builder (MCIOB), I’ve overseen more than 50 joint venture property developments ranging from 5 to 150 units, including both ground-up buildsand complex refurbishments.
My hands-on knowledge has been shaped by firsthand experience navigating the challenges and hurdles that arise on development projects, particularly from the lender’s perspective.

I held various roles lenderside, predominately in start-up entities including origination, underwriting and senior management.
Previous experience in Banking encompassed Operations, Risk, Product Development and Origination covering Project Finance, Asset Finance, Loan Syndications and Trade Finance.
